Roles & Responsibility:• In Automotive division in Mumbai, The role was to handle the exclusive Exide Dealers of South Bombay.• With 46 Exclusive dealers and 2 Distributers, I have to achieve the Monthly target of 1.66 Cr per annum- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales volume& targets as mutually agreed with the reporting manager by generating primary and secondary sales for the assigned region- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods such as presentations, cold calls, meetings, follow-up calls and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibility:• Looked after 6 District of Haryana (Gurgaon, Faridabad, Rewari , Mahendergar , Palwal , Nuh)• Handled Distributor Channel of Inverter Battery and HUPS of 6 District• Target Based achievement and over Monthly target of Avg 2.5Cr during Industrial Sales• Handling the Sales and Marketing activity to promote the Sales achievement of the Company• Over 15 Distributor with 185 attached retailers to be handled.Deliverable:• Given growth of around 43% in the year 2015-16 in Inverter battery Segment• 134 new Power Partner has been developed and registered to increase the sale of Primary Distributor• Created 3 new distributor who has contributed around 2.5 Cr of total business to the Company in the annual year 15-16.

Title:• Retail Counter Analysis of J K grey cement in Pune region.Role & Responsibility:• To meet with the dealers and retailers of whole Pune City region.• To meet with 115 retailers to find out the views and promotional activity going on in Pune Region.Recommendations:• Introduction of 53 Grade PPC cement• Focus more on Retail shops and Godown Paintings• Regular conduct of retail meet and mason meet.
