In my current company I joined as a data centre operation and now I'm providing network support for my current client. Relevant points to job profile are as follows. Basic access on Cisco routers, switches, and Palo Alto and fortigate Firewall devices and WLC. Daily health check up & proactive reporting of critical network and security device. Report of Firewall schedule signature updates like IPS, antivirus and threats etc. Attending Tickets raised by SOC team and provide resolutions within SLA. Interaction with client in daily discussion meetings. ISP vendor interaction for outage and other Link related issues. Maintaining P2P, ILL and MPLS link utilisation report. Manual backup of network and security device. My current client have Bank infrastructure, So I have knowledge of IT project lifecycles and standard banking business processes.
