CurrentL1- IT security Support at IDFC FIRST BankHandling NAC Technology (ForesCout NAC)• Implementing new branch segments, switch, router, SDWAN, access points and other network devices in NAC• Implementing pre-check authentication policy using 802.1x• AAA process using RADIUS server in NAC for onboarding devices• Whitelisting of windows, Macintosh, Linux, Android systems, ATMs, Printers in NAC• Authorization of guest user devices over wi-fi network• Troubleshooting of pre-check (802.1x) and post check blocked devices as per request• Resolving technical issues at the end-user side over PAN India• Handling Tickets in Service Now portal and major issues call logging with OEM • Notify / discuss with TL / Manager on tickets that require assistance• Ensure consistent end user satisfaction• Maintaining and updating the organization's inventories• Involving and supporting to seniors for major activities like OS / plugin / firmware upgradation, deployment of new CounterACT devices in existing networks• Managing and monitoring of enterprise manager & CounterACT devices
