Utilizing API and document sharingtechnology as well as real time tracking to integrate with Transship’s proprietaryA.I., the process of shipping internationally has become more user friendly,accessible and cost effective transparent and cost effective.PROBLEM / SOLUTION:Scheduling one shipment can take hours, if not days or weeks, with endless phonecalls, emails and yes, faxes, when trying to book loads with traditional freightforwarders. After the shipment is booked, there are numerous different scenariosthat can affect the progress of the shipment and all decisions are made by a“customer service rep” that might not know the nuances of perishables and mighttake a guess as to what to do in a certain situations.By automating the process, Transship will reduce the time required to schedulesuch shipments to as little as a few seconds and make sure the best solutions areprovided in case there are any disruptions in the supply chain. This will improveefficiency, reduce costs, and make international shipping of perishable goods much more accessible and transparent.

After 88 years at the old Fulton Market Cold Storage warehouse facility in Chicago, we have moved to our new facility in Lyons Illinois under the name Hasak Cold Storage.We are a Public Refrigerated Warehouse that acts as a distribution center for over 100 companies domestically and overseas.
