Software Development, Client’s System Support, conducting FAT, Commissioning. Checking and approving Marshalling details, Wiring Details. Engineering & design the no of IO’s, Controller’s, Servers, OS & ES along with client. Creating Network (OFC & Profibus) configuration. Preparing Cable schedule, cable routing, cable tray layout, Interconnection /wiring details. Preparing data sheets for the transmitters, valves, getting the BOM prepared from theP&ID’s. Vendor’s technical evaluation for 3rd party items. Assisting Project Management & Supply Chain Management team during techno-commercial discussion. Visiting site during the Execution of the Project. Marketing support during bidding stage.

I was responsible for Project -Instrumentation section in the expansion Project.

I was responsible in maintenance of Instruments in Raw Mill, Kiln, Coal Mill, Cement Mill and Packing Plant.

I have learnt about maintenance of field instruments, DCS (ABB, AC800F), installation and commissioning of Falling Film Evaporator instrumentation and the Paper & Power Plant Process.

I had the responsibilities of preparing the Bidding document after studying the Tenders published in various newspapers and direct enquiries from various clients.
