The focus of training is on ensuring compliance to the Bank's Global policies regarding systems, processes and banking products. I found contemporary banking to be extremely technology oriented with great emphasis on solution delivery to attain maximum efficiency. In all my rotations, to various departments, part of the emphasis is on system enhancement i.e. improving quality by reducing downtime and bottlenecks and to attain hands-on product knowledge. • Rotations:1.
