• Monitoring Sprint telecom network activity and logs problems of Cisco devices Routers, Switches, and Content Engine.
• Primary responsibility involves in responding to network alerts in HP Open view& troubleshoot.
• Providing on-call support for our client’s network for any changes to be done in the Network.
• Logging into Cisco routers and switches using SSH checking the device health status, logs, interface flapping, line protocols, neighboring devices and further troubleshooting.
• Configuring and troubleshooting of VLAN.
