Job Responsibilities: Monitoring, troubleshooting and escalate production telecom issues.• Monitoring Sprint telecom network activity and logs problems of Cisco devices Routers, Switches, and Content Engine.• Primary responsibility involves in responding to network alerts in HP Open view& troubleshoot.• Providing on-call support for our client’s network for any changes to be done in the Network. • Logging into Cisco routers and switches using SSH checking the device health status, logs, interface flapping, line protocols, neighboring devices and further troubleshooting.• Configuring and troubleshooting of VLAN.• Participate on Bridge call for P1/P2 issue.• On time restoration of service and fault fix as per a Fixed SLA.• Document network problems and changes working in diverse management environments.
