-4 years of experience in Administration, Operations, and People management.-Managing different verticals of Government based skill development projects and the team for the functioning of the same across the entire Indian geography.-Handling teams for various projects under Skills India (Hunar se Rojgar, RPL type-2, RPL Type 1 etc.).-Project timelines to be met to ensure Revenue is accounted in the same financial year. Working as a -Customer Relationship Officer maintaining cordial relationships with clients-Efficiently in managing the wide spectrum of administrative tasks including procurement of service& material, housekeeping, transport management, procurement of material & services, price negotiations and budget & budgetary effective cost control system.-Over the time, increasingly involved in strategic planning area of business operations.-Competent in preparing and maintaining MIS/Reports of operations of the unit for facilitating decision making.-Handling logistics of the company.-Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.-Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.-Event management and administrative support to official functions conferences.-Experience in coordination with the government department.-Flexible and highly adaptable, team-oriented, used to working to tight deadlines and meeting set goals and objectives.
