Current Liaise with key decision maker including; CIO, COO, CFO, VP, Directors, Head of IT, Head of Recruitment for better understanding about the requirements and managing all activity from requirement intake, developing sourcing strategy, conducting direct search, and managing external suppliers where required. Screen candidates and conduct 1st stage interviews to assess applicants against the criteria for the senior roles. Liaise with Global Business Units in order to prioritize future and current recruitment needs. Generate and present offers of employment to successful candidates and ensure smooth onboarding process. Direct sourcing candidates via online job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking and other methods as required. Update applicant tracking systems ensuring quality of data. Act as a point of contact for client and candidates during the recruitment process. countries so far: India, UAE, UK, Denmark, US & Canada
