Oversee patient care flow while redirecting and allocating resources,through proper doctors distribution.Manage a team of support staff (GRE/PCP/Floor coordinators/Optometrists) to deliver timely, appropriate and excellent services to our customers.Obtain adequate facts and evaluates data to identify and intervene in actual and/or potential safety and risk management issues. Responsibile to streamline the processes of the Hospital Stores & Pharmacy that includes all the OP/IP Pharmacy, OT stores and Main Store. Main focus was on making the stores-operation more system driven, instrumental in formulating systems and process and modifying them continuously for better results. Responsible for the day to day operations, implementation, monitoring of services, quality and utilization standards. Analyze variances; and initiate corrective actions.Implemented Hospital formulary and was instrumental in making HMIS, formulary compatible.
