• Boiler chemical cleaning, Steam blowing, Lube oil flushing, vacuum tightness test, CEP & BFP Commissioning, Alarms, interlocks and Protection, over speed testing of Turbine, Steam dumping operation.• Ensuring Equipments and Human Safety by Strictly follow-up LOTO system, Maintaining PTW, Ensuring proper Isolation, Proper Coordination and communication with team members.• Operation of 2x150 MW, Generator with grid using AVR & Excitation System.• Troubleshooting of all problems related to Steam Turbine having Reheating & Regenerative System & Boilers cause tripping, EHTC Governing System & DCS Operation of 2x150 MW Steam Turbine Reheating & Regenerative System.• Safe Start-up, Shut Down, Normal Operation & Also Maintenance of running equipments, Change-over Etc.• Execution of shut down & replacement jobs along with necessary spare parts management at “Aditya Aluminium”.• Maintain the parameter for safe operation as per operation control.• Job allocation to subordinate.• Conditioning monitoring of equipment’s through regular inspection, Equipment’s change over, routine testing of protection system and annunciation system, Emergency equipment’s trial run, to minimize auxiliary power consumption.• Data base monitoring of plant efficiency, production gain or loss and data analysis followed by necessary corrective actions.• Monthly Progress Report, Generation Target Preparation and Scheduling.• Boiler of 2x450 TPH make by BHEL and it working pressure is 132 kg/cm2 and temp. 5400c & TG Supplier are 2x150 MW BHEL.• Co-Ordinate Mechanical dept. for Preventive maintenance of running Equipment.

Operational activities of all Jobs related, Reheating, Bleed cum Condensing Turbine 2X135 MW (Harbin Electric Co. (HEC) China & CFBC Boiler- 2X451TPH (CVL) & Co-Ordinate Ash Handling, D.M. Water Plant.

WHRB Boiler of 8X55 TPH make by BHEL and THERMAX and it working pressure is 96 kg/cm2 and Temp. 540 deg & AFBC Boiler of 1X120 TPH make by BHEL and its working Pressure is 94 kg/cm2 and working Temp. 540 deg.2. Operational activities of all Jobs related, Reheating, Bleed cum Condensing Turbine 1X77 MW and 1X33 MW & Co-Ordinate Ash Handling, D.M. Water Plant.
