7+ years of Experience in the IT Industry of Software testing the applications using ServiceNow Testing, Manual Testing, Automation testing using selenium with Java.· Around 4 years of Testing experience on the ServiceNow platform.· Good testing experience in various modules of the ITAM and ITSM Like Incident Mgt, Change Mgt, Problem Mgt, Catalogs & Order Guide, Inbound mail testing ServiceNow, Integration testing.· Good Experience in Testing on Catalog items, Record producers, Order guides and ITSM workflows· Experience on Automation Test Framework (ATF) using Catalog items, Order Guide and ITSM modules in ServiceNow.· Have worked on ServiceNow integration testing like LDAP integration, Snow tool to ServiceNow integration, Workday integration with ServiceNow (Organization Hierarchy), ServiceNow-Jira Integration, ServiceNow Infoblox integration, ELM Jira Integration· Worked in Projects that have been managed in a more iterative/incremental fashion (Agile).· Good knowledge on SDLC and STLC of applications with experience in working in agile process Model. · Having experience in Preparing Test cases, Test Execution and documenting the Test results.· Experience working on web applications, UI applications.· Experience on Selenium Java web UI automation testing.· Co-ordinating with development team, helpdesk within the organization throughout the process. · Defining test plans and test specifications for functional, integration, regression testing, Smoke & Sanity Testing hands-on execution of test cases.· Working closely with the business team by analyzing the customer requirements and identifying the edge cases in the features.· Identifying issues and generating issue reports.· Maintaining the test cases in test tracker application for execution.· Ability to perform well under high pressure, ability to learn new technologies in short span and use previous experiences for effective resultsCurrent Organization - UST GlobalPrevious Organization - Ample logic
