Served the organisation for more than 10 years and enriched my experience in project planning, co-ordination, monitoring and controls of EPC projects in oil, gas and power sector. Hands on in preparation of project budgets, project execution strategy and project baseline schedule and resource deployment plan prior to start of project. Project progress monitoring and cost control, MIS and reporting, project progress review with clients and involvement and concerned of all stakeholders on risk management. Expertise in contract management and invoicing with clients and as well as vendors also. Skills of negotiations and resolution of contractual disputes and issue closure and contract closure etc.
