Providing post-implementation support. Participated in 3D or 8D in case of customer issues.11. Part of a Technical team, the role of this team was researching, consulting, analyzing, and evaluating system program needs. Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures, and methods. 12. Defining process workflow for the project team and monitoring the process adherence in terms of Metrics report.13. Train and Mentor team. Track the progress of Team members and update the Management in yearly appraisal cycle. 13. Presented the project to external auditors for renewal of CMMI/IATF Certificate for the Company.
