**Key Responsibilities:* Handling full cycle of recruitment for both contract and permanent hiring* Sourcing of both technical and non-technical professionals for HCL group’s US operations, using different job portals, referrals and contacts (vendors)* Building and maintaining relationship with vendors* Communication and coordination between clients and candidates* Candidate briefing on job and organizational profile* Regular interaction with the recruiting team based in US* Worked extensively with contract hiring including discussing skills, negotiating hourly/weekly/monthly rates, confirming Visa status etc.* Co-ordination with the person(s) concerned for the purpose of recruitments for understanding their requirements and during the recruitment process
