IKEA RETAIL WEB APPLICATION, Sweden (Project)Involved on supporting production Environment. Resolving Issues related to Checkout like order processing problem, payment not captured, order details are incorrect. Involved in monitoring Production server activities like killing blocking session in data base. As a developer I was resolving technical issues related to order and payment. Most of issues were related to code changing. There were four kind of issues- low, medium, high and critical. I resolved many critical issues which were directly affecting on business transaction. Due to lot of code fixing, the project was quite stable.
