As a fresher, I started with an empty mind to grab each and every aspect of working process. Then after 3- 4 months of working I started enhancing my working pace and reached a point where I started training new joiners and giving them the skills I learnt and developed. Then promotion from an associate to team lead, I learnt a lot and started solving the issues that company faced. At present, I am still learning a lot, peeping into different departments to learn more and excel my skills and knowledge. Hope I get bigger platforms to excel further in life.
