(a) Currently, steering the entry and start up endeavours of Marks and Spencer’s food and cafe business in India. (b) Earlier established end-to-end food business (Restaurant, Cafe & Retail Pack Products) of IKEA India from ground up and delivered its exponential growth in three different markets with profitability. Led digital transformation for the business. (c) Previously, set up and headed country private labels business (FMCG, Staples, Hard Goods & Textile), quality & sustainability of Carrefour India with full P&L accountability and delivered over 60 crore business from scratch in less than 4 years with unmatched like-for-like growth of over 100%. (d) Prior to this hold a variety of roles in Marketing and Supply Chain Management for food business; covering, market analysis, customer segmentation, operations, procurement, logistics, quality, innovation and export. Applied my engineering background to design an ERP system to simplify and support the processes and provide more effective management reporting.
