Core responsibilities:- Study and assessment of IT/Accounting requirements from the client's end.-Web searches and Job postings for requirements.- Identifying prospective candidates via telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, preferences and availability.- Matching the profile of the candidate on technical and behavioral grounds.- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.- Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.- Negotiating salaries with candidates and negotiating pay rates with subcontracting companies and fill the position.- Submitting the qualified candidates to assigned clients.
