I am a Marine Engineer with 13 years of experience and a passion for solving problems through logical and analytical thinking. Over the years, I’ve leveraged my engineering background to address complex challenges, both technical and social. My career has evolved into a deep commitment to social work, having spent over a decade volunteering with NGOs before Co-founding Koru Foundation in 2022.At Koru Foundation, we aim to solve social and civic problems using sustainable solutions. I’ve worked extensively in areas like climate change, solid waste management, education inequity in marginalized and tribal communities, and menstrual health education across genders. My expertise lies in identifying the root causes of problems and conducting stakeholder analysis to develop solutions that are inclusive and supported by all parties involved.In addition to my professional and social work experiences, I have completed a Post-Graduate program in Operations Management and a certification in MSW (Management in Developing Countries), which further strengthened my ability to manage complex operations and social programs effectively.I am driven by a vision to create long-term, sustainable change for a more equitable and responsible society.
