(revenue of Rs. 4,196 crore (US$ 644 million) in FY 2016-17), led a mega construction company serving Transportation, Power and Water sectors and provided executive leadership to build some of the most challenging infrastructure projects across India.Prior to joining HCC was President Adani Ports and SEZ (market cap of $20 Bn.), India’s largest multi-port operator, logistic & SEZ company. As a key member of Adani Group’s senior management, was part of several strategic initiatives including growth and diversification in Dredging, Logistics, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas and Aerospace & Defence space.During my decade long tenure with Dodsal as Managing Director successfully led a $1 Bn revenue company with a team of over 25,000 employees across 14 geographies working with global fortune 500 companies (Shell, ExxonMobil, ADNOC, Total etc.) as strategic partners/clients.Spent initial years as a management consultant in strategy with Arthur Andersen as part of their energy, infrastructure and industrial practices. Have also worked in key management roles with companies in the energy, shipping and infrastructure sectors across geographies around the world. He holds a MBA from Maastricht School of Management in Netherlands and post-diplomas in Shipping & Marine Engineering from IMTA, Netherlands and MERI Mumbai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Passionate about transforming the social landscape of Education and Counselling by innovation and has incubated start up in this space. A regular speaker at events and conferences and a mentor to Management and Engineering students. Also mentors various start-ups such as VOOLSY, Positif, Grover Zampa Vineyards and Pescafresh.
