Total 14 years of experience working as BA, UAT and QA profile in BFSI domain• Extensive understanding of Agile methodologies and principles and proven Agile work experience with ability to aid in an Agile culture• Previous experience working on web, mobile and tablet projects• Experience in using jira to document epics, users stories, risks, issues, defect• Expericence in facilitaing meetings with stakeholders at different stages of SDLC and provide inputs to develope/modify the requirements by leveraging the domain / application knowledge.• Proficient in providing input into project schedules, accomplishing individual assigned tasks, established goals and milestones, and creating accurate weekly status reports and business templates.• Ability to analyse requirements and design the test artifacts viz… test plan, test scenarios, test cases, preparing data dictionary,BRS etc.• Worked with business to understand the AS IS and TO BE state to find process gaps and convert the same into a requirements to improve the exisitng processes• Conduct, lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders inorder to clarify the ambiguities leading to a mutual understanding of the baselined requirements.• Communicate with client to provide with walkthough of solution design and regular status updates.
