In my capacity as Senior Manager Airline Relations for the entire KSA, I am responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with all Airlines. Responsible for P&L of Airline business, negotiate Airline commercials. I am also responsible for managing and driving net revenue, providing leadership to build an effective team of professionals. Preparing various analytical reports to study and forecast business trends and customer behaviour. Also responsible for GSA business which includes scouting for the new relationship, sales and marketing budgeting etc. sales target to the team etc. Point of contact for the principal Airline.

In my capacity as Zone Head for Travel Vertical for Northern India, I was responsible for Sales & marketing of Overseas Medical Insurance Product of TATA-AIG. The product included the mixture of Leisure Travel to travel agency/TMC and other stakeholders and Business Travel to big Corporates. It also included cross-selling and I was responsible for other products too, sold under one umbrella of TATA-AIG. I was also responsible for allocation of targets to team members and to agents/TMC’s. To ensure that the given targets are met. Vertical P&L was also my responsibility for the entire Northern region. Handled team of sales executives and Managers.

Responsible for Sales, Marketing and servicing of GSA's outisde India (both offline and online). Also responsible for business from point of sale outside India. Handled GDS activation for the Airline outside India which involves liasoning with GDS worldwide and their representatives in India. Also responsible for getting MITA, ICCS, ICH and other related approvals to start International Operations for the Airline. Liasoning witn IATA, GDS, E-Ticketing partners, Airline. Also contacting other Airlines for Interline Agreements with Spicejet. One point contact for GDS, IATA and other related authorities for International project.

In my capacity as Manager-Delhi for the airline, I was responsible for the Sales/Administration/Liasion/Airport for Delhi region. Meeting with regulatory authorities such as DGCA/BCAS/AAI etc. Responsible for the operations carried out by the airline in the Northern part of India. Sales figures and load factor had increased a considerable amount after I have joined. Deciding Authority about the deal/PLB to be given to the agencies in Delhi and reporting to HO at Dacca.
