• Accountable for performance levels of more than 200 FTEs comprising M*Modal Kukatpally and M*Modal Visakhapatnam business units serving more than 60 hospital and clinic locations.• Responsible for production planning and SLA management of customers served by the above two business units.• Conduct and participate in reviews with performance coaches, quality executives, as well as higher management to ensure performance levels are sustained and improving towards achieving the corporate objectives.• Lead and foster operational and process excellence initiatives across both business units to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.• Plan and execute in collaboration with other functions to achieve the organizational objectives.• Run pilots and provide feedback to the support departments like software development, training, and automatic speech recognition teams on the performance of their tools.
