An individual that comes with more than 14 years of experience in multiple industries such as Banking, Finance, Real Estate, Corporate Events, Software Development and Digital Marketing. I've spent my career in sales and client acquisition doing a few things- breaking records, putting others first, creating global sales programs and going to great lengths to make people feel valued. Born in a small town of Shillong, I grew up with humble beginnings and very soon understood the value of service and commodities but most importantly, people. A Business Administration graduate from Dayandanda Sagar Institution, Bangalore, I started my career with the BPO and KPO industry and slowly moving up the ladder with more challenging roles. - I spent 3 years at BPO & KPO industry such as Ocwen Financials & Transworks- I spent 4 Years in the Banking industry with HSBC and JP Morgan.- I spent 2 Years in Real Estate and Events with IDE - I found my feet with Market research and Business Development at Aldius Consulting before starting my Entrepreneurial journey since 2018. In my 14 Years of experience in the corporate industry, I won many awards and recognition, promotions and also hired, trained, coached and mentored executives and associates who stand tall with reputed positions in multinational companies or as Entrepreneurs.
