• As an IT Business Analyst / Product Owner, collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy and product development efforts• Excellent analytical abilities, including the ability to translate business user’s and stakeholder’s demands into functional/technical requirements• Partners with the Product Managers / Stakeholders practicing requirement gathering techniques and activities to prepare and decompose work for teams• Expert in creating requirement documents (BRD, FRD, Wireframe, Use Cases, RTM), defining project plans, writing system requirements specifications, UAT, and client management• Proficient in decomposing features into user stories and acceptance criteria and communicating those to the Scrum Team• Assesses business value and prioritizes all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and aligns with strategy as per the Product Roadmap• Grooming, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager and Portfolio Managers• Planning the Sprints, prioritizing the sprint backlog, leading the teams, managing the development process• Ensures the goals and values are clearly defined and communicated to support technical assessments of solutions with the development team   • Works closely with cross-functional teams to validate product hypotheses and make data-driven decisions• Experience in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies as well as SDLC• Client-facing, Owning, and developing relationships with Customer Business users, Leaders, and IT Managers• Understands and supports inter-team dependencies• Supports UAT and business readiness activities to ensure new features deliver expected value for internal and external stakeholders
