I also oversee the training and development related aspects for a team of programmers and developers.My key responsibilities include:• Designing a project’s technical architecture through a Functional Analysis of the project requirements, and developing a solution strategy to support the analysis• Technology research and evaluation of appropriate architecture that aligns with a requirement• Collaborating with client stakeholders on technical aspects of a learning development project• Providing technical solutions during the project lifecycle, and identifying and helping mitigate technical risks• Defining and designing the technology architecture for use by the team during the project lifecycle• Developing automation scripts and tools for process and project timeline improvement • Integration and testing of technology solutions• Leading the technology aspect of all initiatives on new products, technology architecture and platform development• Onsite consultation with clients on technical requirements, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies, analyzing technical architecture for enhancements and updates, and on-the- go solutioning• Managing and mentoring the Programming Design team, and guiding the growth of their skillsets that align with the organization’s requirement
