 Create excellence model and aligned with the company goals and deploy at the Digwal (Near Hyderabad) API manufacturing sites Develop customized training modules for all levels of employees. Training people across all levels in daily management (5S, Abnormalities, root cause analysis tools), quality improvement (7QC tools, Poka Yoke), productivity improvement (TPM, 7 wastes, Kaizen, quick change over) and high impact projects (VSM, DMAIC) Mentor Black belts and Green Belts for LSS projects Identify the improvement opportunities to impact top line growth and bottom line savings.

Manage the production of the Enamelling Plant, the plant has work force of 50 people and is the most critical plant in terms of value addition to the finished goods.
