An accomplished and experienced Data Leader and enterprise data architect with 20 yrs of experience in technology leadership, strategy, architecture and delivery management. I have held various leadership, architecture and delivery roles, consistently supporting clients in their endeavours for cloud transformation, crafting data strategies, formulating architectural blueprints, designing, and delivering solutions to global clients, creating and managing large multi-cultural teams across different geographies. I have been actively participating in strategic client engagements across diverse industry sectors with a focus on Insurance and Retail.I have successfully architected and delivered large transformational changes, built high-performance teams, and leveraged the power of data to propel organizations toward sustainable growth. I have also helped clients with their IT strategy and roadmap in addition to helping them rationalize their application landscape and have also been involved in solution planning, architecture, design and delivery governance for the portfolio of IT projects at enterprise level covering data, integration & application architecture for end-to-end estate. I work closely with middle and senior client stakeholders including Head of Enterprise Architecture, transformation Director(s) and CxOs to establish strategic technology, data and application architecture roadmap and strategy.Currently jointly leading Data Architecture and Engineering group at Capco UK and responsible for advising clients on cloud data transformations, data strategy and roadmap in addition to leading and delivering large scale cloud data transformation programs.
