Lead Global Azure Commerce business through Microsoft outsource delivery partners across various locations and ensure compliance of SoW KPI. The BU (business unit) includes commercial support for Azure subscription management, Account & Portal, Billing & Payments, Marketplace and General usage. As part of my role, I work to define & align delivery partner goals, drive operations with business review rhythms with Sr Managers and Leaders of delivery partners – SoW KPI (CSAT & Productivity), Financials, Release readiness, Certifications, IT/Tools readiness & SoW compliance. The Delivery Partner teams located in India, Bulgaria, Nigeria, Costa Rica, Colorado Springs and Redmond, to support commercial customers for Azure commerce.
