So, after working for over 20 years in Information Technology (IT) in senior roles such as Regional CIO and Group CIO, I decided to become an entrepreneur!The business model of Kasper Consulting is simple – offer the ‘expertise’ that I have gained from my ‘experience’ in working at large firms, such as Citibank, Max New York Life Insurance, Max Healthcare, TCS and Avco Financial Services (bought over by Associates Financial Services and then by CitiGroup to become Citifinancial – not many would have the experience of two acquisitions with the associated changes to IT within four years :). I have been fortunate to have worked for these firms that are amongst the finest globally - and honestly, I have learnt a lot working there.I am not alone.
