I have a 6+ years of experience in Corporate Banking vertical. In my current role, i work as a Credit Analyst for Real Estate clients in India. This role is a project finance kind of role where in we fund RE Developers for project development and lease rental discounting.In my current role, I am involved in deal origination, negotiations, documentation, credit approval and monitoring of existing exposure.I currently handle a portfolio exposure of over $ 500 M for the bank and over $ 10 M of annual revenue in my patch.

In my current role with Client Coverage, I am a part of Governance and Control team which looks after continuously changing regulatory requirements in India and control over the business processes. My work involves process improvements, automation of processes, regulatory reporting. operational risk, management information reporting and support to relationship managers in their work. Any regulatory change implemented in India by the governmant body will be implemented by my team by making necessary changes in our current process/system so that the bank is in line with all regulatory requirements.

In my current role, I am responsible for handling technology PMO for wholesale banking operations. I handle all central technology projects meant for different units within wholesale banking. My role is precisely to bridge the gap between technology team and business units. Right from gathering requirements to writing BRD, FSD preparation, FSD review, setting up timelines, PAR review, resourcing, making sure that timelines are met, Test cases are prepared, UAT is completed in time, engaging users across geographies, getting sign-offs, UVT, smooth Go-Live to production environment, tracking all issues pre and post UVT, sending regular and periodic communications and most importantly stake-holder engagement sums up the work which I do on a daily basis.Prior to this role, I was working with cash management operations. I was handling core BAU operations where in my team was involved in back office clearance of payment instructions. My job was to ensure that all payment instructions are processed on the same date without any SLA breach and no error in processing. I was also responsible for process re-engineering for improving the current process and managing service review calls with the country for which my team was clearing instructions.
