My Role as a Program Manager directly influenced revenue of $3-3.5 M. This role involved working with Project Sponsors, Client stakeholders, InfoCepts Stakeholders, Sales, Pre-sales, Project Management Office, Associates, Resource Management Group and Talent Acquisition GroupKey responsibilities:● Project Delivery: Supervise Project Execution to Ensure timely delivery of multiple fixed price milestone Projects catering to Support Projects, and progress/escalation for multiple T&M projects. Identify and Mitigate Risks● Client Management: Engage with Client Sponsors and Stakeholders to keep them appraised of the project progress & Risks. Work with them to understand future opportunities and plan for their execution ● People Management: Engage/Mentor 50 + associates across geographies to plan their Career path, Training needs and Performance● Revenue & Margins: Ensure no Revenue loss with margins as per the InfoCepts approved numbers. Engage with Client to understand their needs to win new engagements and increase Revenue● Pre-Sales: Work with Pre-Sales team on RFPs to Create Project plans and Resource loading & commercials● Resource Planning: Engage Resource Management & Talent Acquisition team to fulfill current as well as upcoming Project NeedsKey outcomes:● Improved Margins by 10-20% by streamlining the development process and turnaround times, Task allocations, Resource Utilization & Rotation● Streamlined Execution Process to improve SLAs and created Knowledge Repository● Helped a global Luxury Retail vendor maintain their existing setup and plan for migration to Cloud● Converted RFP into a Project and added revenue though extensions and new Support engagements
