Leading a team that focusses on Digital Transformation in Swiggy. Involved in conceptualising, evangelising, finding opportunities for digital transformation in Swiggy. Have been involved in setting this program up for Swiggy from scratch. The solution scope has been ranging from RPA BOTs to various Artificial Intelligence (AI) assisted programs and Machine Learning algorithms. Helped set up vendor relationships for achieving success and deploying solutions. This program focusses on savings more than revenue and has helped Swiggy save almost 5+ Crore INR in the year 2019-20. We have achieved an efficiency rate of approximately 70%.

I was involved in conceptualizing and implementing a program for a major supply chain client in UK. The revenue model of this program was in the increment of $10M. Was the focal Program Manager for all program initiatives, ensuring program goals were met well within the set budget with maximum productivity. I was also involved in pitching business as well as proposals to many clients in London and UK. The conversion rate was 80-85%.
