Content Validation Specialist
Current· Review and proofread designs in user-generated content to ensure all products are properly licensed.· Authenticate designs to ensure that images abide by company’s established guidelines, with a focus on intellectual property rights, copyright, and trademark.· Review designs to ensure that content and quality are consistent and conform to brand partners’ rules and guidelines.· Perform compliance assessment through verifications with site users and gallery owners regarding ownership of images while protecting contracts with brand partners.· Monitor the Zazzle.com marketplace to ensure no violations that go against brand partner contracts have been approved and placed for sale.· Day-to-day processing and customer support of priority USPS custom postage orders.· Escalate user accounts, send warnings and closing accounts when necessary.· Communicate with designers via on design and product verification.· Comply with Digital Millennium Copyright Act and respond to DMCA takedowns. · Respond to escalations and work with legal team to review removal requests and clean site of offending content. · Collaborate with legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws.· Work with content partners, including Disney, USPS Postage Program, and Zippo to ensure that products and designs meet their guidelines. · Resolve designer escalations and complaints, walking them through why their designs violated copyright and intellectual property laws.
