  Job Purpose• Development, management, and execution of a customer-focused content publishing strategy for Clinical Solutions in Health Sciences.• Defining a content development plan, acquiring and managing products, negotiating with authors, directing product development, scheduling, adhering to departmental and product budgets, etc.• Working closely with academicians, key stakeholders, and internal colleagues, including publishers, project managers, project coordinators, sales and marketing, and production teams.Key Job Responsibilities(1) Commissioning:• Conduct market research to assess the market acceptability of projects before submitting a publishing proposal.• Engage in discussions with all stakeholders regarding the publishing proposal.• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.• Ensure that publishing/product specifications align with market needs and meet publishing requirements.• Monitor market and competitor trends and activities.• Manage yearly commissioning and publishing targets.• Achieve annual objectives, including securing signed articles and developing a pipeline for new articles.(2) Development:• Develop clinical solutions products and programs.• Drive growth in local health revenue by expanding the local publishing program with an increased focus on e-learning.• Provide regular updates to the content strategy.• Plan and roll out new products with regular content updates.• Develop new project ideas and maintain a regular update cycle guided by the Head of Content Strategy.
