● Overall responsible for Buying of Fashion Jewellery, Accessories & Gifting Articles as per store requirements & stock levels through different suppliers from Overseas as well as Domestic Vendors.● Creating optimal assortment plan with relevant and differentiated merchandise across price points and designs mix, to enable achieve the sales, stock turn and brand objectives.● Work closely with Product Development Dept. & Vendors for new product launches.● Identifying gaps in the design portfolio, identifying new vendors to supply merchandise accordingly.● Traveling to trade fairs to understand new trends, designs, products & look for potential vendors.● Involved with centralized Marketing Team for ATL & BTL activities.● Pricing Strategy & Profitability Analysis.● Forecasting Sales & OTB planning to ensure timely order placement and availability of merchandises at stores.● Prepare Merchandise Calendar & Buy Plan for the season & plan product ranges accordingly.● Market research to understand competition Assortment and Pricing. Improvise and implementation in current Assortment plan and pricing.● Keeping track of selling and non-selling items, and fast and slow movers.● Monitor shipments, GRN, Stock Transfers.● Plan Vendor Payments, timely approvals & fund transfers for on time deliveries.● Visit factories frequently for Quality checks, Design Modifications, Sample approvals & track production.● Maintain product images & Catalogues.● Monitor Warehouse Stock & plan reorders based on sales.● Follow up with CHA on imports & provide statutory documents for the same.

● Overall responsible for sourcing the Gold Jewellery, Silver Jewellery, Silverware & Gifting Articles as per store requirements & stock levels through different suppliers from overseas as well as Local Vendors/Karagirs.● Buying of Gold & Silver Bullion as per requirement and confirm Rates as per Market Analysis. ● Plan & manage Bullion stock between suppliers/karagirs.● Work closely with Product Development Dept. for new product launches. ● Responsible for all New Collection Launches.● Traveling to trade fairs to understand new trends, designs & products & introduce them.● Designing & planning of BTL activities & involved with centralized Marketing Team for ATL activities.● Briefing Creative Team to get quality collateral to communicate brand proposition.● Pricing Strategy & Profitability Analysis.● Forecasting Sales & doing the OTB planning accordingly.● Planning product ranges and preparing Merchandise Calendar.● Doing Concept and Market Trend Analysis by carrying out Market Survey & then maintaining a comprehensive appropriate database of the same.● Keeping track of selling and non-selling items, and fast and slow movers.● Support Franchise, E com & International team for stocks.● Core team member develop & implement Microsoft Ax Dynamics.
