Key Responsibilities : * Set process to enable deliveries in a week from Sales Order. * Dealer Development* Stores Management* Inventory Control and Restocking periodically* Key Customer and Spares Record* Re-evaluating Spares prices periodically* Manage sub assemblies production in-houseReview of Sales and Marketing * Review no. of quotations given and orders placed by Customer* Check Customer buying preference and make report* Provide updated price list to all customers* Prices when material cost changes periodically* Rate Contract with CustomersReview Of Purchase Planning* Planning of quotation and SO preparation based on stocks in Stores* MRP Run in a day of SO and PR check release * Allocation of stocked item to SO.* Shortage list to Purchase Department.* No of SO Closed and open every dayReview of Operations * The stock parts and revise stock levels based on consumption* Fixed storing location of parts and 5S in stores.* Material movement from GIN to Stores and Stores to Assembly / MS03.* And ensure daily packing on equal SO's planned for month.* Timely dispatch of SO to Customer as per schedule dispatch date.Others :* Improvement in Packing* No short supplies.* No wrong supplies.* Quotations in 24 hrs of receipt of enquiries.* Creation of SO in 24 Hrs on receipt of PO.* SAP Changes required suiting Spares.* Decide preferences of allocation of parts.* Coordination between all related departments to smoothen the spares sales process. * Complete co-ordination for Duty drawback including submission of quarterly documents* Any other job as entrusted by the Management from time to time.* Identity opportunities or improvement and streamline the process.* To constantly look for opportunities to reduce cost and time in operations.Functional Competencies* SAP Awareness* Manufacturing process awareness* Assembly knowledge
