- Collecting, collating and carrying out complex data analysis in support customer requests. Furnish leadership team with insights, analytics, reports, and recommendations enabling effective strategic planning across all product lines (R, R Shiny, Tableau, SPSS, Python, jBEAM).-Experience involving script development for a production environment & strongcommand over Statistical functions/libraries (dplyr, tidyverse, apply family,purr, tidyr,data.table, ggplot2)- Collaborate with global and internal experts to come up with a solution that can help to improve the process for better decision making.- Identifying and implementing Machine Learning models(Logistic regression, knn, Linear Regression, Time Series) using R to enhance business performance.- Manipulating, cleansing & processing data, Exploratory Data Analysis(EDA), and Data Visualization using R , R-Shiny Dashboards, Python, D3 , Tableau and jBEAM.- Engage client to gather software requirements/business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams
