Amit Jain is an expert in cross border finance and strategy having worked extensively in India-USA corridor. After 15 years of corporate experience in M&A & investment banking, Amit has embarked on the entrepreneurial journey to build sustainable high growth businesses leveraging in-organic acquisitions and strategic investment partnerships. As co-founder and venture partner at Z Nation Lab, amit has invested in diversified asset class across 35 plus startups, multiple high growth listed businesses & rental yielding levered commercial real estate. Leveraging on to his past experience Amit also co-founded USACFO, which helps 120 plus startups as their fractional CFO for their US and cross border operations and The X Future, a corporate innovation platform that helps Corporates to leverage AI & technology to automate their finance and operations. Amit holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant. He has completed executive courses in Private Equity/Venture Capital at Harvard University and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University. He has over 15 years of experience working for major financial institutions such as CitiBank, PwC, KPMG, and Grant Thornton in areas such as treasury, risk management, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and international expansion. He also spent time working with KPMG's Silicon Valley office between 2014 to 2018.
