I have played the role of leading innovation and creative forward-thinking in all areas of operations and business development. I have experience in design and manufacturing of kitchen tools and gadgets, high end architectural hardware, sheet metal tool design, logistics, product design, concept design, prototyping, and fabrication. In my current and previous positions, I have spearheaded new business development, operations, finance (including managing and monitoring cash flow) IT, etc. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, New York, prior to which I worked as a design engineer at Tata Motors, Pune; after completing my Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune. I have rich work experience in India and abroad at the level of Director, CEO, and MD. Also graduated from the EBS - ECG Academy, Europe, and Mpower management program from IIM Ahmedabad. At Pratt Institute, I had the position of Resident Director of Residential Life at which the training and experience changed my life. I am grateful to my teachers at Pratt who helped me develop my core skills in design.
