He is proactively involved in conducting Gap analysis RCA, FMEA and initiating/implanting various improvement projects with in the account. Amiya is currently working for Tata Consultancy Services in the role of test delivery manager. The Projects provides end to end testing & assurance services from TCS to the Customer primarily in Functional (Manual and automation) & Performance Testing. He has also worked in the additional capacity of a BFM for Energy & Resources Assurance handling revenue and GM projections for all accounts, revenue realization, reporting to Assurance BFM on various key parameters. He has also been assigned the role of Competency Manager for E&R Assurance under which he keeps tab of all trainings, certifications, competencies required for the teams and facilitates it through the L&D team.
