Career SummaryAmiya is a Delivery Head with strong experience in Test management and leadership skills .He has a rich experience in Assurance services which includes (Account Management, Test Service delivery management, Change Management, Defect Management and Business Process Improvement). Proficient with PSM, ISEB and ISTQB he has test management experience in Utilities, Retail, BFS and Energy & Resource domain. He has handled a peak team size of more than 450.He is experienced at all stages of the software development lifecycle. He has worked closely with the senior management and Senior process Stakeholders to deliver projects with varying complexities, business functionalities and technologies. He is proactively involved in conducting Gap analysis RCA, FMEA and initiating/implanting various improvement projects with in the account. Amiya is proactively involved in various organizational level initiatives. He is the Competency Champ for ER Assurance & drives the initiative called ‘AM I Relevant’ to ensure proper role tagging & continuous up skilling of associates. He is a good communicator and an excellent team player with strong leadership qualities in addition to very good analytical ability. Amiya is currently working for Tata Consultancy Services in the role of test delivery manager. The Projects provides end to end testing & assurance services from TCS to the Customer primarily in Functional (Manual and automation) & Performance Testing. He has also worked in the additional capacity of a BFM for Energy & Resources Assurance handling revenue and GM projections for all accounts, revenue realization, reporting to Assurance BFM on various key parameters. He has also been assigned the role of Competency Manager for E&R Assurance under which he keeps tab of all trainings, certifications, competencies required for the teams and facilitates it through the L&D team.
