• Key contact for project partners and the management.• Liaise with NGO partners and undertake project appraisal and monitoring• Overall program management, including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.• Interacting with Consultants and Partners.• Responsible for all kinds of reporting and documentation• Developing new proposals• Undertake lobbying and advocacy with Government and other Institutions on appropriate issues• Will establish and maintain systems for project operations, ensure that all project deadlines are met and targets achieved.• Facilitate activities with partner organizations and coordinate with donor agencies in all aspects of project planning, monitoring & reporting.• Assessing training needs of central staff partner NGOs, CBOs and organize training with the help of internal & external resource persons.
