 Execute successful Erection and commissioning of WHR power plant and implementing RCM strategies on all operating steam turbine, boilers and auxiliaries. Responsible for economical safe operations and maintenance of the plant WHR and HFO based Power plant. Managing long term O&M agreement profitably & efficiently as per OEM for WARTSILA HFO base power house. Implement Well know to Condition Monitoring techniques i.e MLA, VA, RBI , PD, thermography, laser alignment. Performing CBM on plant to achieving operational excellence and asset availability. Ensure all maintenance documentation for mechanical activities are completed correctly, method of repair time, labor and materials used to support timely availability of assets and conducts safety. Reduce costs and optimize unit performance by implementation reliability methodologies on criticality equipment as per ISO-14224. Maintain/Track Power plant statistical performance, production, root cause analysis and make/implement suggestions and recommendations Perform technical investigations and administrative tasks related to power plant operation and maintenance. Coordinate with the chemistry lab to ensure control measure of the feed water system, oil analysis, cooling water system as required by operational SOPs.

 Supervises the start-up, preparation and shutdown of engines units, Waste heat turbine, boilers, auxiliaries and coordination for implementation of RCM tasks. Execute maintenance strategies, procedures for carrying out routine preventive and corrective maintenance, major outage work for diesel engine, steam turbine and its auxiliaries. Supervised preventive maintenance, repairing and overhauling of compressors, centrifugal pumps, dosing pumps, cooling towers and apply strategies to detect the failure through the FMEA. Communicate and handle all routine operation abnormalities/ emergencies, mechanical activities to the related managers. Conduct equipment tests, analyze the results and prepare recommendations for corrective actions. Diagnose cause of malfunctions by sight, vibration analysis, oil analysis, Rim & Face alignment, laser alignment  Monitors expenditures, cost control reviews of spares stock, evaluate quotations
