Senior Production Operator
Current• Working as Process Operator to control the plants through HMI (DCS) in the oil & gas production processes to ensure the safe Start-up & Shut Down, ESD, accordance with procedure, manufactures specifications within the operating limits.• Safe start-up & shutdown with trouble shooting handling and to ensure plant area housekeeping.• Report to Production Shift Supervisors in case of parameter abnormalities and process deviations immediately• Monitor and record the status of all ESD, Fire and Gas Process Control Safety Defeat Overrides, ensuring compliance with guidelines and removal at earliest opportunity• Doing the safe and efficient operation implementation to enhance and optimize production with daily production report, diagnose production issues and follow up of their rectification.• Monitoring & logging the key parameters and manage plant integrity.• To ensure all work complies with HSE Policies, Procedures & guidelines in a safe working environment.• To ensure safe working practices as per standards, follow the working ethics and mentor the juniors.• Safe handling of chemicals & log material usage and consumption during the shifts.
