Current- Working as Process Operator to control the plants through HMI (DCS) in the oil & gas production processes to ensure the safe Start-up & Shut Down, ESD, accordance with procedure, manufactures specifications within the.
- Safe start-up & shutdown with trouble shooting handling and to ensure plant area housekeeping.
- Report to Production Shift Supervisors in case of parameter abnormalities and process deviations immediately
- Monitor and record the status of all ESD, Fire and Gas Process Control Safety Defeat Overrides, ensuring compliance with guidelines and removal at earliest opportunity
- Doing the safe and efficient operation implementation to enhance and optimize production with daily production report, diagnose production issues and follow up of their rectification.
- Monitoring & logging the key parameters and manage plant integrity.
