With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics, I leverage my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to design robust and scalable solutions that optimize organizational efficiency.Some of my recent achievements include:Developing the Recruitment Management Application, a Salesforce-hosted application that enables organizations to manage positions, candidates, applications, and reviews, and integrate with external employment websites.Utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other Salesforce development tools to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.Implementing robust security measures and sharing rules to protect and control data access, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.Collaborating closely with stakeholders, listening actively and communicating openly, to understand their challenges and translate them into effective solutions.I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and I am currently pursuing two Salesforce certifications to enhance my expertise and credibility.
