OpenText is a leading Enterprise Information Management systems provider, a major partner of SAP (and SAP Solution Extensions Partner of the Year in each of the last 12 years).I was responsible for ongoing delivery of hosted B2B messaging and integration services for several key clients and their trading communities and as a single point of contact within OpenText for those clients.Achievements:• Upon learning that a colleague’s EDI validation project was at risk due to resource constraints in our region / time zone, I offered to assist – which required teaching myself JavaScript in my own time, as this was needed to write the complex validation rules required to meet customer expectations. Implemented a far more complete validation logic than had previously been done, documenting the process along the way• Created advanced ad hoc and repeatable reports using R, Python and/or Excel to analyse, visualise and derive insights from multiple data sources in order to address specific requests for key customers and for internal management reporting
