The Program Manager (PM) is a grant-funded three-year position managing implementation of the Circle Forward Whole School Model (CF) in the Boston Public Schools under a National Institute of Justice grant. Other responsibilities include day to day management of the Boston Public Schools (BPS) Safer Schools Initiative, development of implementation model, management of implementation team, developing, coordinating, and executing trainings and team meetings, ongoing monitoring and evaluation of project progress, communication with and reporting to internal staff, external partners, and school administrators, management of a budget totaling in about $1.5M.
