My work responsibilities rotate around the following:• Manage investments of the company in equities, money market and real estate. This includes all matters relating to buying, selling, leasing and contract management etc. of the investment portfolio• Place, execute and settle investments to brokers and manage transaction on the Investment Management (IMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) • Update daily KSE market rates / quotation in IMS and reconcile investment portfolio with CDC report. Also prepare daily investment portfolio report, trading report and transaction summary report • Record income including dividend income, rental income and capital gains into the ERP system via JV • Perform periodic account closing activities along with the preparation of necessary schedules and relevant disclosures for financial statements • Prepare periodic financial reports and commentary on operating and financial performance for management • Prepare annual expense and revenue budget of the division and budgeted accounts for the subsidiary; CS Capital • Remain updated on key happenings that affect markets and ensure adequate communication to members. • Manage relations with key brokers, research team and industry professionals • Periodically review and propose any necessary revisions to policies and procedures • Manage Board affairs for subsidiary, in coordination with CEO Secretary • Review the IMS and coordinate for regular value addition to Business Intelligence

• Responsible for monthly financial reporting and assisting Finance manager with financial closing, tax and compliance related matters. • Handling day to day postings in GL , bank reconciliations of 4 projects and updating vendors' ledgers to ensure updated ledgers are always atdisposal. • Keeping close co-ordination with the banks and handling all the cheque deposits.• Conducting daily compliance check to ensure accurate financial information and performing process analysis to ensure efficient time utilization viachanneling recommendations to management.• Constructing payroll for employees, including commissions, taxes, time offand healthcare benefits.

During my time at this Prestigious and Historical Company I was:• Responsible for calculating pension funds of 230 officers and staff considering different methods and dynamics that apply to different ranks of officers and compiled the data base.• Completed a project in the Accounts department, where I assisted in calculating and reporting the wharfage bills of private and commercial ships.• Worked for a week with the Real Estate Department and was responsible for calculating late penalties and Escalation Charges on rented and leased out lands on Hawks bay and Kemari areas.• Part of audit team for a week, where I had obtained necessary practical exposure.
