- Assist, instruct and advise subcontractor on matters related to quality control and interpretation of contract documents on site.- Weekly meetings with subcontractors regarding site progress and construction issues.- Ensure all works carried out on-site in accordance with the latest construction drawings.- Liaising and support Contract Department with regards to contractual violation and non-compliance.- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical & Vertical Transportation (VT) Department to ensure all works is as per construction drawings.- Manage work inspection requests and engage with consultants during inspections.- Work together with Design Department to find solution related to design issues.Notable Remarks:- Manage and liaising with 35 subcontractors in architectural works.- Planning and manage with direct labours (80 pax) on structural and architectural rectification works.

Scope of Work:- Assigned to fully handle the Pre-Cast Lintel Beam for PNB 118 Tower to escalate the construction time while managing the material logistics to be transported to HUME Concrete Semenyih.- Crack checking on nearby buildings with the aid of vibrometer and prepared full report.- Prepared method statement for mock-up column at Plot 6 East and structured logistic plans for casting raft foundation at Plot 6 East basement.
